1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners.
Estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs inspections, or courier delays — factors that are beyond our control.
We always work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.
4. Delays or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond 20 business days, please contact support@cavallierco.store, and our team will investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from cavallierco.store.
If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
* Unused and in the same condition as received
* In their original packaging
* Free from damage or signs of wear

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
